Product Designer for 1.9 years

At IGP, I work across the core gifting journey - from product discovery and personalization to checkout and membership. I focus on simplifying complex e-commerce experiences, reducing friction, and improving conversion across PDP, Cart, and Checkout.
My work includes simplifying the mobile checkout journey, improving the personalization experience by making complex input flows more intuitive, and designing experiences that help users make better decisions while shopping.
I also work on growing Select membership adoption by making its value and savings more contextual throughout the shopping journey, as well as improving the membership removal experience to reduce unnecessary drop-offs.
Alongside feature-level work, I contribute to building a more consistent and scalable product experience through UI and design-system improvements.
My role involves working closely with product and engineering to identify UX problems, use product data to inform decisions, and translate complex business and operational constraints into simpler, more intuitive customer experiences.

Visual Designer for 7 months

At Stack Wealth, I contributed to the design of a new application aimed at providing Indian investors with a premium experience and a user-friendly interface. My responsibilities included designing modules such as Safe Haven, Stack Reserve, Stack Vault, and Stack Prime, as well as contributing to the design of Stack Wealth's website.
In Safe Haven, we focused on creating a module for investing in bonds, NCDs, and bond IPOs, emphasizing their safety compared to stocks. Using green hues to signify trust and security, we ensured a simple and accessible user flow, complemented by informative videos and FAQs to assist new investors in making informed decisions.
For Stack Reserve, a premium service offering PMS and international investment exclusively to top customers, we employed dark purple tones to convey exclusivity and sophistication. Our minimalist approach ensured ease of navigation and a seamless user experience.
Collaborating with colleagues, PMs, developers, and stakeholders, I contributed to optimizing user flows for modules like Safe Haven, Flagship, and Onboarding. Incorporating feedback from early beta testers, we iteratively improved existing modules to enhance user-friendliness and overall satisfaction.
Overall, my role at Stack Wealth involved designing interfaces that simplified investing for Indian customers, ensuring a seamless experience through collaboration and user-centric design principles.

UI Designer for 1.7 months

Led UI design efforts for multiple projects, including Sehaye, Inspiro, BCD, and Punctualiti, enhancing user experiences across mobile and web apps.
Worked closely with senior and junior designers, developers, and stakeholders to align designs with project goals and requirements. Integrated iterative feedback to continuously refine and improve the usability and visual appeal of various applications.
Briefly took on a project management role, overseeing an internal project and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
